Vacuum Application

The vacuum appliance applies suction to the blocks whilst infusing epoxy to infiltrate deep inside the cracks and holes, to solidify and reinforce the block ensuring more productivity and handling exquisite materials.

Gangsaw Cutting

Stone blocks are cut into slabs of the desired thickness. blades used in cutting process depend on material color providing the best solution materials, example, white materials are cut with stainless steel to avoid rust in the material from cutting process, to better quality solutions for our customers

Multi-Wire Cutting

The wire cutting machine uses diamond-coated wires to slice through stone with high precision. This method is ideal for creating intricate designs and detailed cuts that are difficult to achieve with traditional cutting tools, with enhanced productivity and cutting precision

Barcode System

after cutting each slab is assigned a unique barcode, that is traced at every stages of the manufacturing process. This system ensures accurate tracking and efficient inventory management with detailed data for each movement per slab, from raw material to finished product.

Resin Application

Resin is applied based on each slabs need, to fill any micro-cracks and pores, enhancing their strength and durability. The resin is then solidified in oven with high temperature,, resulting in reinforced and more resilient slabs.

Marble Polishing

Equipped with 8 heads for grinding, and ultraviolet waves to quickly drying and curing mini cracks and holes that might show after grinding to bring better quality slabs in addition to 18 heads for a perfect finish. High-speed polishing heads with adjustable pressure and advanced control systems.

Granite Polishing

equipped with 21 heads and moves the three beams synchronously or independently, allowing to simultaneously manage slabs with different widths and perfect edges polishing

Quality Assurance

Each stage of manufacturing has different ways of assuring quality, starting from cutting blocks into slabs and checking each slabs thickness making sure of reaching the desired thickness till polishing process checking slabs shininess gloss meter.

Water Filtration system

Water used in manufacturing process, water is filtered and recycled using advanced filtration technology. This system removes impurities and contaminants, allowing the water to be reused, thus minimizing environmental impact.
